Maribel has been in the real estate profession for 7 years.  She is a top producer in her field and previously owned her own RE/MAX office.  She has joined Keller Williams Realty as an Associate Broker.  Maribel has the privilege of having the Prestigious International Designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) positioning herself as luxury specialist in the upper tier market and providing her clients with the utmost service when selling their homes. She has also obtained the Nationally Recognized Designation from the National Association of Realtors and REBAC called the Accredited Buyer Representative Designation, (ABR) in order to better represent buyers in the purchase of their homes. Maribel currently holds the Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation (SRES) giving her the opportunity to work with the senior citizens as they transition to sell their homes and enter into retirement, She recently obtained her Accredited Staging Professional Designation (ASP) to guide her clients/sellers in preparing their homes in becoming properties that are staged to sell quicker and for the most possible money.

Maribel has served on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) and also chaired the Events Committee. 

She is a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors, The Real Estate Buyer's Council, The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, The Senior Real Estate Council, and is a member of Stagedhomes.

Joseph started his career as an attorney specializing in the field of Real Estate, and expanded his love of real estate by becoming an Associate Broker with Keller Williams.  He is fluent in Spanish and Italian and has over 7 years experience in the field of real estate and has been involved in over 3000 real estate transactions.  In addition to a law degree and holding an Associate Broker's license with Keller Williams, he also holds a Mortgage Broker's license. 

Joseph recently obtained his Accredited Staging Professional Designation (ASP) to guide his clients/sellers in preparing their homes in becoming properties that are staged to sell quicker and for the most possible money.

He brings to the team expert knowledge of the real estate field and the ability to assist buyers in making correct decisions in buying their home.  Joseph graduated from Brooklyn Law School and New York University, where he graduated with honors. 

Joseph has served on the Agent's Leadership Counsel and chaired the Marketing Committee.
